Usage data is stored in the posthog EU servers, located in Frankfurt. The connection is established through HTTPS, which disables its interception. Our Company securely stores your data at Amazon Europe AWS Paris Region located at Tour Carpe Diem, 31 Pl. des Corolles, 92400 Courbevoie, France. Payment information are handled by Stripe, and the applied privacy protection measures should be studied on the Stripe website.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your information to those employees, contractors and other third parties who have a business need-to-know. From there, select the option to delete your profile and confirm the deletion request. Once confirmed, we will permanently delete all the information we have collected from you. This includes your profile details, such as your name, email, and preferences, as well as your activity history, including posts, interactions, and transaction history, along with any other data linked to your account.
If you have signed in using Facebook or shared data through your Facebook account, we will also delete any information obtained from Facebook upon your request to delete your profile. This includes your Facebook user ID and any profile information shared via Facebook. You can also initiate the deletion of Facebook data by removing our application from your Facebook account settings. Doing so will trigger a data deletion request to our system, and we will begin the process of removing all related Facebook data immediately.
Please note that once a data deletion request is submitted, it will result in the complete and irreversible removal of your profile and all related data from our systems. However, there may be specific cases where legal obligations prevent the deletion of certain information, and in such instances, we will notify you accordingly.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send us an email.
